How it all started
Our company was founded in 2006 by Brad and Jay Beyer, who have dedicated their careers to the bulk cement industry. Having worked for their father, who established a cement distribution and hauling business in the upper Midwest, they possess extensive experience in trucking, rail transfer, distribution, and sourcing dry bulk products. Realizing the need for improved cycle times and enhanced safety for drivers, they launched Pivotal Edge, Inc. Jay is currently involved full-time with the company, while Brad retired from LaFargeholcim in spring 2022 after a long career there. We also have experience in regions outside the U.S., including Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Colombia, and South Africa, with a business model focused on selling directly to end users, which has proven to be our primary pathway to success.
